Oral Presentation

All oral presentations at the conference will be conducted in English. The allotted time for presentations is as follows:

  • Plenary Speakers35 minutes for the presentations and 10 minutes for questions and discussion.
  • Invited Lectures: 25 minutes for the presentations and 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
  • Regular contributions: 12 minutes for the presentations and 3 minutes for questions and discussion.
  • Both 4:3 and 16:9 PowerPoint files are supported in the conference rooms. All conference room screens are 16:9. Setting your presentation to 16:9 will allow it to be displayed in full screen, providing a better presentation experience.

Speakers are kindly requested to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of their oral session. Presentations should be prepared in .ppt, .pptx, or .pdf formats. The conference staff will provide laptops connected to overhead projectors. Prior to the session, staff will assist in transferring and verifying presentation files from pen drives to the computer. Files should be named with the speaker's surname for quick identification. For efficiency, the use of speakers' personal laptops/notebooks should be minimized to expedite equipment setup.

 

Poster Presentation

  • All posters at the conference should be displayed in the English language and Latin alphabet.
  • The poster size must not exceed 120 × 80 cm.
